In order to reach the next-level society, it is necessary to develop all sectors of society. Nevertheless, if the core domains take the lead, other domains will follow, triggering the development of the entire society. This strategy should be adopted to transform the Korean Peninsula into a first-class society in a short time.
Although there are no predefined core domains of our society, wisdom from various cases suggests the following seven core domains: think tanks, universities, corporations, media, government, political parties, and the military. These domains function as the brains, competitiveness engine, and the safety of the society.
These seven core domains are priority development targets. Therefore, it is nevessary to find ways to innovate and achieve highest level in these domains. Investigating frontline cases, reflecting ideas necessary for the future society in each domain’s innovation roadmap, and taking bold challenges must be made.
Social development may not be easy, but it is not impossible. Achieving the highest level in the seven core domains can effectively lead the Korean Peninsula to leap forward into a future first-class society.
